Payment: Because direct payment to Tedsby is not available. You can place an order for this bear and pay 100% through Paypal. Link will be provided. Please contact me if you are interested and I will send you all the information.

What payment methods Tedsby supports?

We support all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover via PayPal. At the checkout page, you may choose to pay with credit card or PayPal. PayPal would also accept all major credit cards.

Why am I transferred to the PayPal site?

After you click the "Buy now" button, you would be securely transferred to PayPal. PayPal offer added protection for both you the customer and the artist.

Shipping policy

Delivery terms
* All bears are sent in a gift box and securely packaged.
* Each bear has its own passport.
* Dispatched after 100% prepayment within 1-2 business days.
*Delivery time is usually 14-30 days (depending on destination country). PS: Due to the virus, delivery times may be extended for reasons beyond the seller's control.
* All parcels are insured.
* I will write you the tracking number - it will be sent in the email notification. In addition, I always follow the movement of the parcel. Happy shopping.

Returns policy
